Finally, the time has come: The semester break is right around the corner and you want to enjoy your holiday to the fullest! Isn't it annoying, though, that you still have to pay the rent for your flat despite not being there?

Maybe you have thought about renting out your place via Airbnb, but then you need someone in St. Gallen to manage the apartment and take care of the rental.

And this is where Campus Share comes into play.

Start renting in just three steps

1 - First meeting

After you have filled out our contact form, we will contact you and make an appointment for the first meeting. In this meeting we clarify remaining questions about our services and discuss further proceedings.

2 - Key handover

The next step would be handing over the keys. You get to decide when you want to leave your apartment and we will come by to collect your keys.

Until the keys are returned, we will take care of all the work involved, such as creating the ad of your home, customer communication, managing the key handovers, cleaning, etc. This way, you can sit back and enjoy your vacation while we make the most out of your apartment. In return, we receive 50% of the resulting sales (minus the cleaning). In addition, you can enjoy the flexibility of being able to come back to your apartment at any given time during the rental period, if requested in advance with enough time planned.

3 - Key return

On the date you request, we will return your keys and you can move back into your freshly cleaned flat.

Our services in a nutshell

We create an individual Airbnb listing for your apartment and market it effectively. Using our experience, we try to achieve the highest possible price and the best result overall (e.g. photos, description of amenities or special features of the flat, etc.).

cleaning

Before and after each check-in, your apartment will be cleaned and prepared by one of our cleaners to ensure the perfect stay for your guests. Each time, the cleaning lady will check if there are any damages, in order to report and repair/replace them as soon as possible.

communication

We take care of all communication and support with the guests to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out. To ensure this, we stay in St. Gallen so that we can be there in person, if necessary.

Consumer Goods

We use our own bed linen and towels, so your private things will not be used by the guest. We also provide all other necessary commodities (garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, etc.).
